Q: How do I set up an appointment to get my Taxes done?
A: Call our office and speak with our friendly receptionist to
schedule an appointment.
Q: How soon can I expect my refund?
A: If you elect to E-File your
tax return and sign up to have it directly deposited into your bank
account, you can expect your refund to be in your account in 10 - 15
business days
If you do not have the funds directly deposited into your bank account, it will
take approximately 7 days longer to get your refund.
Q: Can I electronically file my return if I owe taxes?
A: Yes. You can either mail a check for the amount you owe by
the April 15th deadline, or you can set up to have the funds automatically
withdrawn from your bank account on a day of your choosing, up to the
April 15th deadline.
Q: Can I request an appointment with the Tax Preparer who did my taxes last
year?
A: Yes, however appointments are on a first-come-first-served
basis and are subject to the preparers availability.
